Conditions for Return

Return Process (Email Only)

We have streamlined our return process to be handled entirely via email for your convenience. Please follow these steps to initiate and complete your return:

  1. Initiate a Return: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please include any relevant photos if the item is defective or damaged.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will respond to your email within 2 business days, providing you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Include a copy of the receipt and the Return Authorization Number (RAN) inside the package. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns.
  4. Processing Your Return: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return conditions. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the return.
  5. Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges if you need a different size, color, or item. To process an exchange:

  • Follow the same return process as outlined above to return the original item.
  • In your email to [email protected], specify that you would like an exchange and indicate the new item, size, or color you prefer.
  • Once we receive and approve your return, we will process and ship the exchange item. You will receive a confirmation email with the new order details and shipping information.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we are here to help. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible, and we will cover the shipping costs for the return of damaged or defective items.
